We have been paper lean since inception in 2006, and have in place systems that will allow us to become paper free in due course. Our internal systems are market leading and allow us to pursue best practice without contributing to the decimation of the forests. We do not have endless glossy brochures which are sent out and promptly destroyed, chosing .pdf presentation instead. Our testing is all on line - no test papers or forms to complete. CV's are kept on secure servers to ensure confidentiality and means we can keep and search thousands in seconds rather than having to trawl endlessly (and slowly) through dusty paper CV's in creaking filing cabinets.
All paper used and packaging received is recycled wherever possible.
Maybe the biggest contribution to reducing our carbon foot print was the decision to move out of town. Journeys by car have halved, and we no longer contribute to increasing congestion in the City approaches, wasting time and burning fuel.
Working from a single location but covering the UK we use up to date technology, are committed to building our web presence and brand, and developing new ways of working that enhance our offering to our clients and candidates without impacting on the environment.
