There are definitely many agencies that will not quite see your potential, or will give you a string of promises of roles that never come to fruition. Why? It's because they don't understand your skill base, see your motivation and future potential - mismatching your cv to potential positions incorrectly. If at any point you have felt like this, it's more than likely that you haven't been speaking to People Max. I found this agency to be the most accurate in matching my skills set to a potential position.

The recruitment consultants you deal with are professional, courteous and intelligent. It feels more like a career development chat speaking with them. For me, I was secured an interview within hours of talking to them for a position and with a company that was really up my street.

I actually found PeopleMax on reed.co.uk Recruitment site.
I applied for a job with People Max and I was surprised how quickly they got back to me when they received my CV.
A Lovely guy with a warm welcoming voice called Nick Goodman called me back and said we would go through a short telephone interview.
That sounded daunting but was only a friendly chat. He wanted to make sure that the job was right for me. He also said if I needed any help with the interview to give him a call...
The day before the interview I had a courtesy call from a lady called Sue which was a surprise wishing me good luck and asking me if I needed any extra help.
You don't expect to get this type of First Class help from an agency and I will be recommending people in the future.

I would like to thank you for all the help you gave during my search for employment.
It seems to me that the level of customer service we find around us these days has deteriorated because I feel there is a lack of enthusiasm in employment.
I must say that your approach and wonderful attitude filled with encouragement, and also going out of your way to add a personal touch to the ongoing process was a breath of fresh air. I was feeling quite low due to lack of offers and negative anticipation but was put totally at ease.

Now that I have been offered a job, it’s quite obvious that you were a major contributor to my being employed.
