Pure Search - Ideal for senior roles and discreet roles at any level. This is a retained service which uses effective search methodology to find, attract recruit top talent for your business.
Managed Advertising and Campaign Management - Available on a per vacancy or annual fixed charge. For companies who want to maximise candidate attraction and control costs.

We have robust internal systems to ensure we screen candidates thoroughly. That could be as basic as a pre-screen based on your requirements or as detailed as a competence based interview working with your competency framework.
Evidence from Occupational Psychologists would suggest however that fit is more dependent on personality and values. So we pay attention to that too. As part of our added value service we already offer our clients a complimentary personality profile.
