Re: Peoplemax and my experiences1. 1st of all Sue sits and LISTENS to your problems with previous staff, and really identifies what sort of recruit you need. NB: For me it’s been several years of on and off long struggle to find the right people to work in our warehouse. The positions need an all rounder as one moment they are loading and unloading trucks, the next inputting data into computers to generate despatch notes, and then picking and labelling cargo, its not just an easy ride on the fork lift !
Being a smaller company we need to max on the team work ethic, and so the team really need to enjoy working together to make it work. 2. After understanding our company and potential candidate requirements, Peoplemax were quick to get to work, advertising our posts. What a response and more to the point what a choice ! 3. We looked forward to our first recruitment interview day. With several people lined up within 2 weeks, I WAS most impressed. 4. RECRUITMENT DAY: Sue Griffin had pre-interviewed all candidates, and psychometric tested them for total performance evaluation, and can say what a healthy and positive residual selection we had to interview. Taking all the hard work out of recruitment and getting the choice down to several good quality candidates, if was difficult but a pleasure to choose the best of the best ! 5. Now half way through a 13 week trial, we are so pleased to have been in contact with Peoplemax, and cannot thank them enough for their help and support in covering 3 key posts so quickly and efficiently. After having tried agencies before, I was not convinced, but Peoplemax listened, learnt and have helped us beyond belief –
